Activation Steps
Purchase a Plan
Select a plan from the Plans page. You will receive an activation QR code by email immediately after purchase.
Open Device Settings
On iOS: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM. On Android: Settings → Network & Internet → SIMs → Add eSIM.
Scan QR Code
Use your device camera to scan the QR code from your confirmation email. Do not share this QR code — it is single-use.
Complete Setup
Follow on-screen prompts to label the eSIM and set your preferred data line. The eSIM will activate within 60 seconds.
Verify Activation
Check that the eSIM shows as active in your device settings. You should see the carrier name displayed in your status bar.
Manual Activation (Alternative)
If the QR scan fails, you can enter activation details manually:
SM-DP+ Address: Provided in your confirmation email — enter in the "Enter Details Manually" field.
Activation Code: The alphanumeric code below the QR code in the email.
Confirmation Code: Optional — only required if shown in activation email.

Before You Activate
Ensure your device is unlocked (not carrier-locked).
eSIM activation requires an active internet connection.
Do not delete the eSIM once activated — you cannot re-download it.
Activate before departure — eSIM setup is easiest on a stable WiFi connection.
